My Ethiopian Dinner

I had an excellent homemade Ethiopian meal. It was a very spicy lamb dish that was out of this world. My cook... this lovely lady right here. I had to ask, "Where are you from?" Her response... "Ethiopia."  I followed up with, "That would make sense.
