Life in the Music City

Scott Walker March 2, 2014

The clubs in the Music City are extremely active. It is 100% not my scene, but the lighting in some of the locations of Nashville is near perfect for picture taking. It makes me think that every club owner has the dream of turning their venue into the next music video set, which could easily unfold in a place like NashVegas.

This shot was taken on 2nd Avenue outside of a club. Notice the stage light light above the door, it appears as if it was strategically placed their for the girl you see in this photo to stand while inviting people inside. Whatever the case may be, the light in combo with the girl worked. There was a line to enter the venue, but the girl remained outside. In the line to get in... 95% men.
