Faye, who lives on the downtown streets of Nashville, Tennessee, was badly beaten with a pipe 16-years ago. The local resident is homeless, but refuses to live in homeless encampments due to the past assault that left her without a right eye. She suggested that homeless camps have problems of assaults, thievery and more. She does not want to further compound her problems.
