The Authorities

Scott Walker February 6, 2014

There is something exciting about blue lights and police activity that draws people near. I guess it is the unexpected. It is the morbid curiosity. It is the question of "Will the person being questioned get arrested?" It is the question of, "What is happening and will it translate into a story that I can tell my friends about?"
