The words "F-U" came loudly as I approached

Scott Walker February 16, 2014

"F-U, F-U and F-U Too," he said. He then yelled, "Take my picture, HEY YOU," as he flipped me a bird. I then heard the words, "Hey, wanna a picture of a F-in guitar player from California? What are you going to pay me? Give me some money!"

The flow of words continued as I walked past this man with a guitar around his neck. I told him that I don't have any money and he informed me that my nearby friend did. I stated, "I hope you have a good rest of the day," as he pulled a bottle of vodka out of his pocket and took a swig.
