The Ferris Wheel

Scott Walker February 10, 2014

There is something special about a Ferris Wheel. Both kids and adults love them. They are relaxing to ride and mesmerizing to watch.

In these shots I adjusted the shutter and opened it up from 4-seconds to 22-seconds at an ISO of about 100. I set the f-stop between 5.6 and all the way to 22 in other shots, just playing around with the limits of the lens at night.

By the way, the Ferris wheel is named after George Washington Gale Ferris, Jr. It was created in 1893.
